Mike LRoy

Mike LRoy is a Madison, WI artist and entrepreneur with a passion for beautifying spaces.

His work includes several indoor and outdoor murals across Madison, including the mural that inspired this Madison BCycle Art Bike design, which was commissioned for the State Street branch of UW Credit Union.

In a statement of solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement, UW Credit Union commissioned a mural by Mike LRoy for their State Street branch in Madison.

With many businesses temporarily shuttered due to the pandemic and protests, State Street became a public art gallery, with dozens of storefront murals expressing demands for racial justice and messages of hope for the future.
