  • Attention Members: A few small changes at bike check out

by Martha Laugen | Oct 02,2015

To all our Annual, Monthly and 24-hr Members:
A reminder, we recently sent notification out that in our continued effort to keep up with credit card processing requirements you will see a small change in your experience at the kiosk starting Monday October 5, 2015.

    * Members checking out a bike from the kiosk will be identified by their mobile phone number and text message
         * This means you won't be prompted to swipe the credit card associated with your membership
         *  You will need to have your phone with you to receive a texted access code
    *  Your B Card will work directly at the dock, as usual
    *  If you need a free replacement card, please contact us
    *  We recommend making sure your account is tied to your mobile phone number. You can do this by logging in to your online profile, via My Account, above.

Thank you for your patience as we keep BCycle as secure and up to date as possible.

    Sincerely,
    Your Friends at Madison BCycle
