    MMoCa Nights: Ellen Lanyon Opening Reception
    Cost: $10 for non MMoCa members

    "MMoCA wants you to enjoy the new exhibits at MMoCA Nights! The first Friday in December, MMoCA wants you to explore an exhibition of prints and paintings by magical realist artist Ellen Lanyon. A number of these works are recent additions to MMoCA's permanent collection. The Charles Walker Band will perform live, offering listeners a fusion of funk, R&B and Motown music. Hors d’oeuvres from Fresco will be passed and cocktails will be available at a cash bar. MMoCA curator Richard H. Axsom will offer a gallery talk on Lanyon’s work at 6:30 pm. MMoCA Nights are held in conjunction with exhibition openings, film screenings, and other special events. The evenings feature live music, complimentary seasonal hors d’oeuvres from Fresco, a cash bar, and engaging visual art programs. The evenings are free for MMoCA members/$10 for non-members. MMoCA Nights are sponsored by Newcomb Construction Company and The Alexander Company with additional support from Fresco and media support from Isthmus."

  • Select Station Removal to Begin 12/9

    Beginning on Wednesday, December 9th, several B-Stations will be removed from the BCycle system for city snow management.

    Wanting to know when your favorite station will be removed? For the very latest updates, stay tuned to our Facebook, Twitter, and the Madison BCycle website

    As the station removal begins, please plan alternate transportation accordingly.
