“Join Kanopy Dance and Friends for an artistic and international outdoor dance performance at 30 on the Square in Downtown Madison. The show will include a variety of modern dances with origins from a wide range of ethnic and martial arts-from Mexican Folkloric and Irish to Capoiera and Middle Eastern dance. Take the stage outside and revel in the experience of open-air dance.”

The Edgewater Announces Free Wellness Classes on The Plaza 
Cost: FREE

“Participants will receive complimentary fitness passes to The Edgewater Spa & Wellness Center, which include access to 3 movement studios, a relaxation pool, steam room, full-service lockers and 3 hours of complimentary parking (value of $10). Samapatti Yoga is rooted in the science and philosophy of Raja Yoga, the royal path. Following the Himalayan tradition, the practice explores the union of body, mind and spirit through the breath.
